My partner and I ordered 2 pizzas from this restaurant. Both were incinerated across about 30% of the pizza. Had to scrape of the charcoal from the underside to make them edible. See photos.How can you send out pizzas where it's obvious they've been burnt? Unacceptable.Won't be ordering from them again - suggest you don't.

My partner and I ordered one pizza each - for delivery. On both, about 30% of the pizza was incinerated - black burnt crust and black burnt underside. Had to scrape underside in order to make it edible. See photos. Question - how do you send out pizzas that have obviously been burnt?? Unacceptable. Pity, will have to look elsewhere for pizzas now. Obviously, we would not recommend.

I literally just called to MAKE AN ENQUIRY about a dish, so I COULD COME AND PICK IT UP, but the condescending worker who answered the phone seemed to think that I had no idea about the concept of ordering online. Absolutely abysmal. What's worse is that I've both ordered online AND visited the store in person, and I'm aware that there are certain things that they sell which aren't actually on their menu on Uber Eats or Just-Eat (dhal puri being one of them), yet this inept staff member was completely ignorant of the factEither train your staff to be more aware of your menu, make everything available online or...better yet...BOTH. And perhaps teach your staff some basic decency because their condescension is loathsome. I don't care about how good your food is. If your customer service skills are sub-par, you deserve a 1*

Yesterday me and my family went here. The pizza was very tasty and the milk shake is awesome. The service was excellent as well as the atmosphere. Highly recommended.

I ordered online and after 1 hour I receive the call that I won't receive my order because the kitchen has closed, the guy on the phone didn't even apologize and to my request to cancel the order (because their mistake), he replies that he made no mistake and that I had to take care of it, ending the call. I don't know how good the products of this restaurant are, but if the staff is rude to the customers, it's not worth it

Surprisingly they tasted alright when warmed up again in the oven, otherwise not worth the price. The £2 asda pizzas taste better.Staff were friendly, perhaps over friendly, allowing delivery drivers behind the counter to handle someone else's food without any cares for hygiene. Could be a one off experience, but this was the first and last time.
