For a chain restaurant the products are consistently delicious - their flavour pairings are amazingly chosen and the coffee is always good. Reliably good!

Coffee and food amazing as always, and while there is seating space which is cozy and comfy, the downside is that there is no toilet available for guests.

I’ve been addicted to Gail’s blueberry muffins and cinnamon buns since my first week in UK so I visited on Thursday evening for my last bread before leaving and this young lady with black hair greeted me with warmth and kindness ? I don’t know her name so I mentioned some of her characteristics so that she can know this review is about her and how much better my trip in UK became because of her?? Thank you.

3/5.Long black was pretty good.We also ordered cinnamon buns, a slice of babka, and pain aux raisins.The total came to 18£ to sit in.Not really worth it in my opinion.Cinnamon bun was overloaded with cinnamon sugar falling off the interior of the layers, but still good.Babka was just meh.Pain aux raisin was slightly eggy.All the items were kinda cold, they should have heated it (should make it a standard practise for all bakery items) for perhaps a better or memorable experience.I expected more from London.The place was packed.
Pastries were great. Bagel with samon was dry and hard. Latte and cappuccino on a milky side. Not strong enough for my partner’s liking. Asked for dry cappuccino and explained it should have extra froth, got less froth than a normal cappuccino would have!
