I was served this morning by louise,very and very and very rood person ,today is 19.03.24Morning time,people are going to work ,I come few times and that women Newer happy ,this morning she trow sousage roll on me becouse she was already angry ,few my work colleagues stoped going there ,where owner or shop manager looking ?what is the point to put comment here o so sorry for your experience if it’s kept happening???unles that person owners wife or family ,I want to tell her customers brings money to the shop so she gets her wages !!!Newer gonna go to that place again ,same as my friends,that person louise needs to work away from peoples as she is not a customers personNot surprised it’s not as busyVery disappointed with the service ,last week I went in with my friend she was stalking the shelves ,I said good morning ,waiting at a till 5 min and then asked if she can serve us ,she said can’t you wait and see what I am doing???gregs are you mad to hire people like that???there so many people who is looking for a job ,discussing !!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, and I’m sorry I have to do this but I just went to Greggs in Stratford Westfield this morning to get some breakfast and asked for a coffee and a sausage roll. After a while, this lady that worked there just put this coffee in front of me and turned around without saying anything. Obviously, as I think most people would, I assumed this was my coffee, so I took it with me. She then angrily shouts “hey! That coffee isn’t for you!” As if it’s my fault. No apologies, nothing. I know this seems quite minor, and as much sympathy as I have for the staff working hard on a busy Monday morning and how stressful it all is, I just don’t think customers should be shouted at no matter the circumstance. Hopefully this can be worked on.

Great shop. Can be a little expensive but if you're looking for a warm and filling meal (or a hot drink), then this is a good spot. Staff are very friendly and they do a lovely coffee/ hot chocolate too!

This is often a busy store, but the queues normally go quick! You can pay with cash or card. I've always found the staff to be friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Has space for wheelchair users to enter & exit store.

I was served by Louis she was very rude at the start she said you ladies are very loud when I was talking to my friends asking them what they want me to buyAlso the pastry was very cold because it was cheese and onion flavour it tasted funny ? I asked Louis if it was warm she said it is when it wasn’t.It didn’t taste right so I put them in the bin outside I bought 4 cheese and onion it was waste of money and a bottle of waterThank you j

Ordered from here using Just eat.Food arrived STONE COLD and rock hard. Tried to reheat but no good. Absolute disgusting quality.The hash browns were so hard, I could have used it as a hammer for nails.No quality control whatsoever.
