We came here before leaving london for a meal and we started off with a nice waitress but she went and ate at another table when we had our starters and the lovely Bastien took over and made our visit 10 times better. It seemed that he was covering 3 peoples sections whilst the others were at the table eating which is a shame as he was running around trying to keep everyone satisfied (and doing an amazing job). Great food and great service. The dish I wanted was unavailable but they made a couple of changes and made me a slightly amended version, which was lovely. Dessert was very nice. The lunch menu is good value for money.
After being so unfortunate in the past with other restaurants on Mother's Day and their lack of customer service due to being overwhelmed, my son treated me to Zizzi's in Stratford Westfield.We were shown to our seats by a lovely waiter and made our order with the lovely waitress who welcomed us with a smile.I decided to opt in for the Mother's Day Menu and had the pork belly with a drizzle of honey, green beans/spinach and roast potatoes.An absolute favourite meal and throughly...read full review
