I come back whenever I am in London for the special Belper Knolle. This is a mild and very tasty hard cheese that you can grate on pasta, eggs, or anything that you want. Lovely selection specializing in cheeses from Switzerland. I imagine the cows grasing on nice pastures in the Swiss Alps as I grate my Belper Knolle cheese!!!
