This one is a dumpster fire. If you order online you may as well gamble. You may or may not get what you ordered. Side note.. don't use the KFC app, support is rubbish.

I don't know how they do it. Chips are undercooked, still raw crunchy yet the chicken is severely overcooked, cremated, dry and bitter. The staff is very rude, when your order comes they just chuck it on the counter, slide the drink and go hide in the kitchen. The place itself is filthy after other customers, looks like they never clean it. If you like good KFC I would avoid this one.

I would give this no stars if I could. Theres a rude lady in there caked in cheap makeup that has 0 manners. Shouting at people like her life depends on KFC. She forgot 2 things in my order then tried to get mad at me for stating it. Customer service is non existent the little trollop!

I really don't like the service of the staff they really don't care for customers. They Just they throw the food on the costumers face and specially they don't give ketchup s. Kfc should take care of this things.

I’ve never seen so much incompetence in a kfc before. You got 8 people working but 7 playing around in the kitchen. They messed up my order and said to change it it will take 15 minutes and then gave me a free cookie, when i went up to get my food she said she will not give my food because she gave me a cookie. The lady working made an issue and walked off. I got my food at the end and checked it for anything wrong with it. The tables were not clean. When I checked over the counter gravy was spilled near the fryer. 8 people to make a burger in 15 minutes.

I have visited this restaurant a few times over two years.A small restaurant divided in two sections, ground floor with some tables and the counter, downstairs with a couple more tables and the toilets.There's nothing special at this branch but food portions are rather small compared to other KFC restaurants. Aside from that, as this is a busy store, the food would be fresh most of the time, just cooked.Over two years, they still not allow you to place orders over the counter, despite having all the necessary equipment they will just say that the payment machine is broken. So all the ordering has to be done through ordering screens at the restaurant or mobile phone. If you order by phone, expect your order to be ready between 5 to 10 mins, otherwise if you order though the screens, most of the time has to queue and this will take considerable longer, in my experience almost half an hour.During my visits at lunch, it was overcrowded (as a small store is normal), some tables were dirty and toilets were clean.

Terrible customer service, waited a while to order. As the queue was long and all machines were occupied I decided to move to the manned till. However once I was finally served, the lady named Sumaya asked me cash or card and I stated card. I was informed they only accept cash at the till so I complied and moved back to the self checkout queue. Once I finally ordered & paid, I witnessed other customers paying with their card by contactless payment at the very same front till. Quite odd to lie to customers for no apparent reason. This kfc needs to think twice about the staff they hire.

This is a run-down branch with poor customer service. The lights were broken on the outside and the inside dirty. In the inside, I submitted my order, waited about 10 mins, and then I was informed that there was no chicken. I asked how long it would take, and I was told 17 minutes. I asked for a refund and left hungry.
