I have visited this restaurant a few times over two years.A small restaurant divided in two sections, ground floor with some tables and the counter, downstairs with a couple more tables and the toilets.There's nothing special at this branch but food portions are rather small compared to other KFC restaurants. Compared to other kfc's I've been to, this wasn't great. First off I couldn't scan my kfc app...apparently its not been working for months. Secondly the member of staff looked like they didn't want to be there. Thirdly some of our food was missing. I asked for the food which I got but there was no apologises. Just here you go and it wasnt even busy.....customer service for this one particular individual was rubbish.

I have been served by Fahi on Two occasions and she has always been so sweet and helpful. Fahi keeps my hungry toddler occupied whilst waiting for our food. A true credit to the company
