Everything was delicious. It was a great option to have breakfast there.

Great time! :)

I worked at this Leon for 6 months and I loved it. The people, the food and the environment is great. I miss the job and I love the people there.

Really fast, even at lunch time, in and out in a few minutes after ordering. Where it let's itself down is the food itself, it's a bit bland, flavourless, and lacked any real depth. Tried the chilli one and it has no spice and the alioli one is okay but again, not much flavour unfortunately.

Food was not good at all. Portions are too small for the price and the taste is extremely bland. Considering there are lots of other options around, I'd avoid this place unless you want their fries.

More than 10 minutes wait in a fairly empty shop (the touchscreens suggest efficiency - don't be fooled) for cold tasteless food. The hash browns deserve special mention as particularly unpleasant. The staff are pleasant and try their best.

What a shambles! I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich and although I got my coffee after 5 minutes I stood waiting for another 15 minutes with no food… I asked a member of staff why I hadn’t received my order yet and they took a sandwich from the shelf behind them (which had been there the whole time I was waiting)… what a joke! The automated system doesn’t work and the staff are cloudless. Luke warm, very average sandwich and awful coffee to make things even worse!

Never been to a Leon restaurant before – and will never go again! The girl behind the counter was beyond disinterested and didn't even have the most basic customer service instinct. I tried to ask how the ordering works, whether there was a menu I could look at, or...It wasn't clear, because the digital displays above the serving counter were on a rotation, showing different meals. I merely wanted to get an idea of what was on offer. She looked at me like I had just arrived from Mars and just pointed at the menu that was on the counter. I had a look, chose a chicken and rice dish and placed my order. At least I think I did, as the girl didn't make any eye contact with me and shouted something to someone standing behind me. Turns out there was someone waiting for their food, so they came to the counter to pick it up. I then turned back at the girl and she was staring at me and asked "and?"... After a second or so of hesitation I repeated that I'd like the chicken dish. To which she rolled her eyes and said "yes, and anything else"? At this point I thought her rudeness was amusing, so I smiled to myself and asked for a can of coke. She then pointed at the card machine infront of me. I paid and by the time I had put the card back in my wallet the food was infront of me – great stuff. At least it was quick! There didn't seem to be any utensils, though, so as I was putting my wallet back in my pocket I asked whether I could get a fork. The girl, wrapping something up, didn't look up nor say anything, but merely pointed to a spot somewhere behind me. Turns out they keep the wooden cutlery next to the door. Once I sat down and opened the box, it was clear that the food had been sitting under the heated lights for a long time. It was soggy and stuck in the paper placed inside the box. The taste wasn't great either. Had the food been freshly prepared, it might have been ok. But the rudeness and utter inability of the staff to perform even the most basic of customer service functions was a joke. Please, Leon. Train your staff.
