Tonight I went to get my dinner after work and it was taking extremely long because of lack of organisation since they prioritised the delivery drivers first. I kindly asked how long would be take for my food twice since I was waiting for almost an hour for my food and one of the woman who works there with glasses and black hair was extremely rude to me. When I was waiting for my order she knew my number and she was extremely slow getting the sticker that you put in the bag and looked into my eyes because she knew I was waiting for it and then I asked for salt and she just throw the bucket in the table… I understand it might been busy but that’s not good service at all. Also my chips weren’t cooked properly.

Waited long time as priority on app orders. At least 20 bikes and riders hanging around the doors and outside, when my order was queried the staff were quite rude .

Food chucked together normal for Neasden staff are helpful and polite but the biggest problem is restaurant has is manager named Alin how this guy is in charge who knows he's rude and has no time for customers .This is for the staff if he treats you like he did me report it . No one should be treated and spoken to like he does to me and people i have spoken to a lot of locals that know about him
