Communication issues. Ordered a chicken mayo wrap but got a cheap burger chicken mayo. No sauce given or offered. What did I expect my burger at £1.19 to taste like?Frankly much better service in any MacDonald I have visited elsewhere.
(This is a review of McDonald's in Cardiff)Dismal. The place was really crowded and yet there were stupid clumsy delivery persons bringing their bikes into the store. It's getting ridiculous. When this country is finally at the point that the lazy, unwashed fatties can't actually leave their grubby homes to get food, McDonald's will be the emergency food suppliers. Food chucked together normal for Neasden staff are helpful and polite but the biggest problem is restaurant has is manager named Alin how this guy is in charge who knows he's rude and has no time for customers .This is for the staff if he treats you like he did me report it . No one should be treated and spoken to like he does to me and people i have spoken to a lot of locals that know about him
