We arrived when there were quite some people in a queue. We tought, they are for takeaways, so we set down at the table. Since no staff approached and there were no menus the table, I asked people at the next table, how the system works. You have to get in line and order. Since there were so many people, you could not see what they offer and the staff impatiently asks what you want. You pay, they give you a tray with your order for a few seconds and take it back. They say you have to move to the coffee machine and wait. Then they bring you your order again. What an odd service. There is no Thank you in their vocabulary.We had sandwiches and cakes and all was very good.Vegetarian options: Mozzarella sandwich and cakes

Compared to Paul's Dubai, Cairo or Qatar i can say its Bad and not a branch specific. Its an overall comment. 3 Stars just the Staff are

It's OK. Lots of nice things to choose from but it's a bit pricey. Of course you are paying London prices. The cakes we tried were nice enough though. There was a slight mistake with my order which was rectified quickly and easily with staff and they did not expect me to pay the extra. Overall a nice place for a quick drink and cake.

Lovely quiet stop for lunch in a busy day. This branch was very calm which was perfect after the bustle outside.Food was nice, not amazing given the price and my chai was a little bit weak. Overall okay for a chain though.
