I went to buy some cake at 7 o’clock the shop was still not open when I checked online it shows open and the pain of chocolate not ready nothing was ready and tables was outside cleaning mopping the floor and serving customers not pro job sorry ? ??
Absolutelty gutted they ve been selling none fresh pastry over and over again!the service manager couldnt be bothered! I used to be a regular when the pastry displayed was of the same day! Yet I asked and yet been lied to.what a waste!downhill all the way.I m not the only who noticed it! Please be aware!I ll be contacting the local authorithy with pictures this is way too wrong, this is food business you got to be serious.

Visited yesterday at about 2pm and the lady at the counter, I think her name was Nasira??, was very friendly and warm. She was patient with me as I was deciding what pastries I wanted and gave me suggestions! She made me feel like a valued customer! Also the coffee was delicious!!!. All in all I would definitely come back especially because the service I received was outstanding!!!.Dietary restrictions: Im lactose intolerant and this place offers alternative milks as well as vegan options.
