Visited yesterday at about 2pm and the lady at the counter, I think her name was Nasira??, was very friendly and warm. She was patient with me as I was deciding what pastries I wanted and gave me suggestions! She made me feel like a valued customer! Also the coffee was delicious!!!. Great place for coffee stop, literally 10 steps from Holland Park tube. We all had coffee & various cakes, all delicious. Everyone we met was pleasant & friendly, no complaints from us!
