Disappointed, ordered bruschetta and got cheese bread. Sent message however had no response. I ordered a salad which was 5 baby tomatoes and 3 pieces of little of bocconcini. Ordered chocolate ice cream got praline ice cream. Called the restaurant and was told I was wrong and bruschetta is a cheese bread. I decided not to pursue with the conversation. Unfortunate experience.

Please don't even bother ordering there. Food was quality 5 or 6 years back when under Italian guy management but now you'll waste your money. Good is disgusting and their business card is now a guy who smokes cigarettes on the entrance to the place while he's still standing indoors. This should tell you enough.I'm surprised they're still there...

I ordered Pizza from a hotel room. It was delivered on time but was as cold as from a fridge. The serving size is not a full meal. Avoid ordering from there.

Placed an order via their website, my order was ACCEPTED. I get a call to say I need to cancel my order as the driver isn’t around until 3pm. I wasn’t able to cancel as it had been accepted! I was asked to wait until 3pm but I said no as that’s over 3 hours away. I was told that he’ll contact the driver and get back to me. 25 minutes later after them ignoring my calls I was told that he has collection orders to fulfil then will ask the manager how to send my money back! Then to be told I have to wait until Monday until he can ask the boss how to refund me.Absolutely livid!! I have ordered from here many times and will never be ordering again

Placed an order with this restaurant whilst staying at a near by hotel, may I add this restaurant was advertised on my hotel menu as offering quick delivery and room service. 1 hour 50 minutes later I still had no delivery. After calling the restaurant 2 times and told the food was on its way I waited. I then received a call from the hotel reception, they said ‘you’re food has been dumped here and the driver has ran off’ I have just paid £5 delivery including room service. Once I got my order from reception I realised half of my order was missing and what I had received was stone cold. I called the restaurant for the 3rd time and was told by a very rude man ‘what do you want me to do about it, I don’t know what has happened’. I requested a full refund in which the reply was I don’t know how to do this, I will find out from my manager and call you back. They did not call back and when I continued to call after this my calls then started to be ignored. As a warning to people who may order from this restaurant please don’t. You will loose your money. So disappointed as I was on my first family trip to London with my 5 month old baby and was treated in such a terrible way.
Ordered at 2.10 on their site , said it'll be approx 15 mins, 35 mins later nothing so I rang - he said there's issues with the driver n he's looking for another- fair enough I guess but you could've rang me.. I rang again in 15 mins where he said to give them 15 more minutes and that'll he rebook my food. Unfortunately my order was not good- I'm doubtful it was recooked as it was not hot. I ordered bbq wings but I received spicy/ bland wings. I ordered garlic cheese pizza bread it was also bland. My pizza did not have one of the toppings I chose plus it was not cheesy enough. I'm really disappointed considering I got it an hour later . Wasted my money

I do NOT recommend. I received the worst service I've received from any establishment in a very long time. While staying at a nearby hotel I placed an order for delivery at Perfetta. It never showed up. I called this place, they were incredibly rude. When I first called to inquire about the order, they said they never received it, and then they said it was delivered to my hotel. It's important to know they did not inquire my name, the order I placed, or my confirmation number. When I called my hotel, they said they did not have my order. When I called the pizzeria again to tell them the hotel did not have it and request a refund the man told he didn't know anything about it and hung up on me! They could use some training on customer service. It's unacceptable to take money from consumers without providing an order or at least returning the money.

I didn’t even receive my orders. They must’ve used a non Uber delivery because it never showed in maps etc. I was called once by the delivery guy and he was not in my location, I even came out in Street. When I contacted them through Uber the call goes straight to answering machine. I located the restaurant on google and called the number and a very rude man with thick accent answered and basically never interested in helping me and put the phone down on me. Therefore I would never ever order again from this place and possibly Uber too.
