Finally we were able to find an excellent Michelin star restaurant in London (I have been to a few previously and can't say I was impressed). To be able to find a good place in London, feels like a needle in a stack. Pied a Terre is the needle. Food was a melody of taste, from starter to dessert. I am not even too much of a dessert person, yet the dessert was truly WOW. All meals were WOW. I would strongly recommend going there. Atmosphere was nice, quiet, with very welcoming staff. Chef is an artist, and food is served in such a manner. This is a place we will always be happy to go back to.

One of the original restaurants that shaped the culinary world in London back in the day.

Food was good, service definitely not of a Michelin star standard. Clientele really crass. I assume it has to do with the area is in unfortunately.
The owner is lovely.

This is a top class restaurant. Superb food and wines combined with wonderful personal service. Had a fantastic lunch with friends today. The omnivorve and plant based options will suit all diets. Thank you to the Pied a Terre team

The most wonderful tasting menu experience I've ever had , perfectly accompanied with the cocktail flight. Service was also exemplary and we had a personal tour from David the owner which made us feel very special.

This place is so cute and quaint! Each of the dishes were remarkable - my favorite which I wish was bigger was the watermelon tarte and the pesto tortellinis that melted in your mouth. They also had this amazing 4 cow butter with fresh WARM bread that tasted amazing as well. The staff overall was incredibly kind, sweet, and awesome. The sommelier had the best recommendations and we all loved learning more about the wine we were about to drink!

My companion and I have been to Pied àTerre before, but we stopped going for a while. Now, there seems to be a new chef. We had the lunchtime menu. Every course was more deliicious than the one before. The amuse-bouches were delicate and unusual....excellent and a good indicator of what was to follow. All the dishes were beautifully flavoured: superb ingredients, well cooked but without the foam and frippery favoured by some Michelin star restaurants. Even the petits fours which arrived with the coffee were unusually good. Presentation was outstanding. What made this lunch such a delight was the service..... from the warm welcome to the farewell, all the staff, under the watchful eye of the Maitre d', performed so well......attentive without being intrusive or over familiar. We shall definitely be going there again......and telling our friends and family what a wonderful lunch we enjoyed at Pied à Terre, which is right back up there with the greats. A delight. Keep up the standard!

The only slight niggle is that the tables are very close together... probably because this is a small restaurant with limited space. When the restaurant is full, you can't help but overhear the conversation at the next tables.

We had a fabulous anniversary dinner at Pied à Terre – everything from the food to the service was just perfect. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel so welcome and the service was fantastic throughout.

We opted for the tasting menu and the food was incredible. Everything we tried was delicious, but the lamb was a personal favourite - perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and just melted in the mouth.

The restaurant offers a vast selection of wines and the team were only too happy to make some recommendations to suit the tasting menu.

A special thank you to the fantastic team - David and Suze in particular who looked after us. They are all so friendly, fun, attentive, and just really lovely people. They create a lovely atmosphere and made the whole experience so memorable.

We would absolutely recommend Pied à Terre and can’t wait to return!

Must be close to being the longest running Michelin starred restaurant in London. Intimate but warm decor; atmosphere a little hushed and reverential but our waiter and the Maitre’D were incredibly friendly and humorous which really added to our enjoyment. We had the tasting menu which had many excellent courses. Maybe a little too many seafood courses at the start would be my only suggestion for improvement.

Had a wonderful meal here. There are not many vegetarian tasting menus in Michelin starred restaurants and here the plant based options were as exciting or more than my friend’s omnivore menu.

But it’s not only fine food and wine that makes a wonderful and memorable experience; it’s the service and how the team make you feel. Connor and Matthew were engaging, interesting and well informed, and were happy to chat as much as we wanted. As was David, the owner.

I’ll be back.

Great fine dining restaurant. Allows for mixing of set menus with is a real plus.

Owner is a real delight, staff are all really friendly and the restaurant has a really fun and unique atmosphere.

Food all really great quality, I would definitely recommend the whole tasting menu.

A lovely experience. David, the founder, served many of the courses with cheerful explanations. Delicious and thoroughly enjoyable evening.
