Beautiful wine bar in Fitzrovia to distract you from the rainy London weather.The wine selection and food were excellent. I visit carousel in one of their guest chef nights. Guest chef was the awarded with Michelin star George Kataras from Greece. The food was beyond any expectations. Every course of the menu was amazing we couldn’t decide which was our favorite. The atmosphere and the music was great . The staff was very polite and professional. It was an unforgettable dinner.

What an experience! I have been to Carousel many times, and the last time was a first to have got into the back room where they host fabulous guest chefs from all over the world. I enjoyed an evening with Jules St-Cyr from Montreal, it was truly extraordinary.You can see the amount of work that goes into making the night a seamless flow, and it certainly felt that way as a guest. Highly recommend.
