Awful pret, coffee taste like piss. Customer service is rude and quick like they want to rush you off your feet. Honestly. Coffee not substantial. Didn't actually taste like a cappuccino. Asked to stay in, they charged an extra 20p and still give me a take out cup? Weird. Vibes not right here.

Not the best Pret but super conveniently located. Opposite Borough Market and right by London Bridge station - although there’s also a Pret at the station.Arrived and there were quite a few items out of stock. The food wasn’t to a good standard and I ended up switching my wrap for another.The staff were clueless about collecting stars, but friendly enough. Coffee was good though.

Meh, staff didn't know about vegan or gluten free products, toilet was 'broken', the place wasn't very clean clean and general service was quite rude. Big shame.

The guy serving this morning was very rude - tall, blonde, facial hair, slim.I tried to ask where my drink was and he told me off for interrupting him. I didn't - he was waiting for someone to accept their drink. When I finally got my drink he offered no apology for my extended wait, even when I said an apology would be nice. Made me feel upset and angry to start my day. What a shame pret. You used to be good. I used to work for you and love the brand. Not any more.

Great staff however the manager is probably worst I've ever seen in customer service. The only time I saw her smile was when she saw a dog.\\nPerhaps if she likes dogs more than people - career change would be a great idea.\\nI feel pity for her staff as they're always looking panicked as she bosses them around. Lovely blond girl barista and a guy that works there but the manager is incredibly rude. I'm now choosing to go to the bigger pret down the road solely to avoid her and her miserable attitude. Bigger pret has amazing staff, always welcoming and smiling. I'm local and pop in several times a day (love the subscription!) but this woman literally ruins my day with her rudeness and seeing the way she treats staff.

racist to asians. asked them politely in my normal voice if I could get a croissant. Lady responded looking mad and annoyed:”u have to speak louder!!!!!!”Don’t know what the customer did to receive such service.

Weird manager on 16/04 wanted to kick us out from 5.50pm even though they are closing at 6pm no wonder the Pret in the US are doing much better. Tourists and locals avoid this socalled Pret at all costs.

Incredibly rude female manager. I consistently order from Pret for corporate lunches for my office and she is horrific to deal with. Never wants to help, if you ask her for the food to be delivered earlier than 12:30, which seems like a fairly normal request considering lunch time is from 12:00, she gets extremely agitated and will blame it on being short staffed. I've heard this excuse over and over but it just sounds like she is overwhelmed with the responsibilities and time management is not her strong suit.I have consistently asked Pret for our chosen store to be Tooley Street as the manager there is incredible, always going above and beyond and will try and help where possible. The manager from Borough should perhaps sit in and watch how customer service should be done, because frankly that is a skill she just does not possess.

This pret never take order for cold drinks... Its been a year I subscribe with them never they allow me to give my cold drink... If ask for cold drink same dialog for one year " ice machine got problem can't serves now" ?
