Stall by the front door was broken, I am heavily pregnant and couldve seriously injured myself . Why had the stall not been removed? It literally fell apart the moment you touched it. To make it worse the staff instantly laughed . It would be a real shame if either of them were pregnant and hurt themselves, wouldnt it!

I think this is probably the best coffee shop in London. They are just so extremely fast and efficient. You never see a queue. The drink is made in about 10 seconds or less. And they are quite friendly. I get my breakfast from there also and its great you can just grab a sachet of brown sauce easily. I really like this Pret and Pret in general.

Ordered a latte with oats milk , saw the coffee maker use normal milk , I questioned this she said it’s oats milk but when I tasted it I was right it was normal milk , rather then argue I just let the latte and left. Never coming back !

Lovely Sandwich shop, quite busy but you can sit in and eat. Polite and attentive staff, reasonably priced, nice atmosphere. Recommend a visit

The staff in the branch are rude unprofessional.. they all speak Italian reply in a rude manner.. they can’t make good coffee it always tastes burned and watery… and the shirt lady with the red hair has a temper not clean at all and very rude

Monday 21st 2022 8am… I was totally disgusted with the barista and his total lack of hygiene and due care to the customers.Whilst wiping his brow, he then moved onto to wiping his nose and beard before putting his hand into the coffee cups to make the coffees. In total shock I didn’t say anything. I took my coffee, but was so mortified I threw it away when I got to my office.Tomorrow morning I will be making a complaint to the manager.
Visit here daily on way to work. Busy coffee shop but staff are friendly and work very hard with orders coming out very fast

Never get the order right,. Improve your listening skills guys instead of saying "huh I cannot change it, you will have to pay again for a new one" to order request guys. Not a big deal to losing customer can walk up to the Costa opposite.

Very much one of a franchise, not much to choose between them. Due to its location, popular with City workers and students. Usual Pret fare of coffee, tea, sarnies, wraps, baguettes, soup, salads etc. I recommend the baguettes, but they are not easily penetrated with the wooden knives. Polite, well trained staff.
