Not a complaint, just an observation. This chain makes a great cup of coffee, but while ordering at this store and several others, I wondered what on Earth you guys are thinking with your ordering and pickup process. There seems to be no method to the madness whatsoever. If there is a correct process, or place to order, or place to stand while waiting for pickup, or a place to pick up orders, I have no idea where it is. My favourite Pret. The manager is priceless. He always tries to make sure you are well looked after and he is never without a smile. Food is perfect for me and the salads are excellent.
