An unexpectedly strong scone with coddled cream, coupled with the free entertainment of eavesdropping on delightfully snobby fashion industry chatter, makes up for the £12 price tag on everything pictured here. Would do it again.

The chai latte was good, the cookie was super good, but service not so much :/ the waitress was rude

Best cakes in London, especially the carrot cake. But also amazing meals, simple elegant cuisine. Really nice interior as well, lovely.

What a lovely find on 3rd floor of Dover Street Market. The serving staff were delightful. Salad dishes were gorgeous and cakes after were sumptuous. Will visit again.

We ordered drinks, a slice of cake and some sourdough. After bringing a latte (which came with a spoon but no sugar), cake and bread, the server disappeared. I wanted to sweeten my latte… After waiting a good 20 minutes, we had to ask at the counter about the drinks. Server 2 apologized, took the drinks off the bill and brought them right out.The homemade sodas were delicious, as was the almond cake and sourdough. Unfortunately, our server spoiled the experience.

Unexpected to find a café/bakery on the top floor of a fancy fashion department store, but absolutely worth climbing the stairs for. The cookies are golden and wonderfully chewy.

Lovely lady served me today. Very helpful and nice. I Ordered tea and a lovely rhubarb cake. It was delicious. A must try. I would of taken a picture but it was too good and I ate straight away. Excellent service. Clean. Will pop by again.Vegetarian options: They have optionsWheelchair accessibility: Lift

Often closed or the opening hours change without notice. The staff are slow and sometimes pretty rude. The food is very different (and worse) than the original Rose Bakery in Paris. The Tokyo RB is much better.
Nice setting and really nice man at the head of house. He was very welcoming and happy! The cakes were a little too sweet with little flavor. I couldn’t taste any lemon in the lemon cake. But I guess sweetness is objective. Also, way too expensive.

My only respite in chaotic Piccadilly Circus!
