After seeing perfect days (side note: incredible films Wenders still has it) we were in the mood for Japanese food and Machiya is within walkable distance from the picture house down a side street.Restaurant is fairly small with friendly and attentive staff, lowkey vibes. I enjoyed Kakuni with steamed rice. This isLiterally perfect match! Kakuni is very tender and portion is also great Staff are all friendly and kind!I will definitely return here in near future!Thank youuu!!Thank you for the meal! The braised braised meat was so delicious! ! ! I'll come back later!

Went there recently for dinner and for some reason our order was not received and we waited for an hour for the food. However the staff knew how to handle the situation well and very apologetic and offered as complimentary desserts. Will come back again as the food is good!
