Alfredo was tasteless, Waiter couldn’t get to grips with the fact we wanted our garlic bread with our mains not as a starter, husband had the dish that has prawns in it, one he left as undercooked and he was ill overnight!

What a GEM ? !! This Italian doesn’t show on the map first or foremost, compared to the other chains, or other places paying for more exposure… we found this by chance, and the staff were so welcoming, accommodating and happy.The place was so clean, I even commented on the toilets to the staff as they were very comfortable to use and very clean after a very long day travelling around London.But even better… the food was YUMMY!! We had 3 courses and this is simply the best eatery experience I’ve had in London for a long time!! I’m just booking to return there and thought I’d leave a review in the process.Definitely my fave Italian to visit every time I return!

We had lunch here yesterday. Arrived when they opened at noon. Got very crowded at 1 pm on. We each enjoyed our meals - spaghetti carbonara, pizza, chicken risotto! Service was very good!

on our walk back to our hotel we stopped by for a glass of wine and dessert. It was 10PM and it was 25% full. We were told that we could not be served because we were not having dinner. Go figure.
Good food - ex. pizza, pasta - good and friendly staff. We recommend to visit and eat there. You will not regret!

We came here before the theatre based on a recommendation from someone else that the restaurant is good value for money and has very positive portion sizes. This is true. Between us, we ordered two pasta meals and two pizzas, as well as drinks and some ice cream to finish. The mains were the highlight, as the pizzas were well-presented, the size of dinner plates, and not too thick. The portion size of both pasta dishes had been thought out well. Since we did not order alcohol, the drinks were also good value for money. One downside of our experience was the lack, as we were informed, of a 'sweets' menu available to read at the table. We were told that we could get up and look at the choices, which one of our party did, but this was not the most helpful — not only did one have to remember all the choices without reading them, but we were also unable to find out the price of the ice cream that we then ordered. Consequently, the ice cream was the most expensive part of the meal, and the part at which the value for money was not so evident. Also, as the toilets are down lots of steps, I am not sure that reviews on here that call the restaurant 'wheelchair accessible' have a view transparent to the entire experience. The toilets were not well-presented and raised questions about cleanliness, which was disappointing in juxtaposition to the rest of the restaurant.

Had a delicious meal Saturday night . All the staff were really friendly , asked us if we needed any help or recommendations with the menu . We had the garlic mushrooms for starter and the garlic bread . The mushrooms were lovely but it’s more a portion for 2 really . We had the Rib-eye steak and chicken risotto for mains . The Rib-eye was cooked to perfection and very tasty. My partner said it was the best he’d had . The risotto was delicious but again a very generous portion which I couldn’t finish as I had the starter . Couldn’t have asked for any more from the evening . A perfect night . Will definitely go back next time . It’s nice to be served by such lovely people , that want to make your experience the best .

An absolutely amazing meal! Had the tasting menu and every dish was pure deliciousness and left you thinking about what flavours you were tasting. The stars for me were the octopus and sweet bread - flavours and textures in each of this dish were unlike anything I’ve had before! I could not recommend this place more!!
