We visited on the last evening of our Christmas break to London. Thankfully, we booked in advance as the restaurant was sooooo busy with a queue requesting tables. Service was very good upon entering and shown to our table immediately. Our waitress was very polite, attentive and explained some aspects of the menu. Great pizzas, fantastic Tiramisu. Loved the 'Pistamisu'. The staff have been lovely, and the service was fast. Recommend booking a table well ahead, else be prepared to wait. In any case, the food is worth it
