Really enjoyed my lunch at 6 Clerks. Very nice layout and coisy atmosphere, with very well executed dishes. I was impressed with the flavours and look of what we ordered, very pretty and very tasty.

I have discovered this fantastic gem and something tells me it will become somewhat a regular hanging place for me. Whilst set within the iconic Law Society, one should not be put off by the historical setting the restaurant is located within. Service is professional, attentive and yet not intrusive. Food is amazingly good and well presented with a seasonal menu created only with the best ingredients. Great selection of wines and cocktails (I would recommend their gin cocktails selection). Six Clerks is the perfect hangout for a formal working lunch as well as a catch up with friends. Refreshing to see the use of laptops is not encouraged leaving you to enjoy food, service and company to the max. Will certainly be back.

I came here for a quick lunch with a friend and I will say I’m very happy that we did! Firstly great to see that laptops are banned, this helps to keep the relaxed atmosphere that the restaurant has. The food was amazing! We had the steak which was cooked perfectly and the spring lamb dish, the food not only tasted great but looked amazing. The service was great and came with a smile and a bit of chat without being too much, we were told that they will be opening for a dinner service at some point as well which will be great.

Okay my experience of this location may be somewhat off piste, as we had the space to ourselves - private hire. However, that does not only NOT take away from the imaginative and utterly delicious menu, in fact it enhances it. All dished up in a sumptuous, historical location. Plus service with a smile. Wonderful evening, delicious meal & excellent serviceWe had opportunity to book 6 Clarkes Restaurant for a reunion dinner for 10 friends. From the moment we walked thru the stunning historic entrance to the end of our evening we experienced flawless service. The food not only looked beautiful but also tasted delicious. The staff couldn’t do more to accommodate our needs. It was a perfect evening and can’t wait to be back.

Had a great experience at this restaurant the service was great a lot of attention was paid to us without being to over the top, the atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed with good music playing, the food tasted fantastic and looked like a work of art! I would recommend this place to everyone, there is a great range of dishes on the menu and all at good prices.

We stumbled across Six Clerks and were very happy that we did! The atmosphere was relaxed but the service was to a high level without being too much the menu was strong with something for everyone, the wine list had a great selection but when the food came out wow, what you would expect to have in a high end restaurant, not only did it look amazing it also tasted great! We had the burrata, spring salad and tiger prawns to share as a starter and then the burger and the steak as mains, the desserts sounded amazing but we didn’t have enough room to eat any. I would highly recommend that you come here even if it is for a quick visit, you will not be disappointed!
There is no one in here and we are being kicked out for having our laptops out (this is the law society), I could understand this rule from 5:30pm onwards, but not before. Please review, the empty status of the bar says it all! Plus there is nowhere else inside the building to have a coffee and work at the same time!
