Toilets closed off to customers. I would advise to find somewhere else, as they clearly do not have the work effort or standards to keep toilets clean and open.

Friendly staff and the food is decent enough and cheap for London. Food and coffee came out surprisingly quick considering I was here from Chicago in June 2023 on a Saturday at noon. However, the bathroom stalls are DISGUSTING. It's pretty obvious they're too busy serving customers on the line that they neglect the bathroom. It was pretty gross. Piss all over the floor. I had to go #2, and I had to do so while holding my shorts off the piss soaked floor. Not exactly quality for a restroom.

Called in here while on a visit to London. Understandably it was very busy because of location. Service and drinks were great. But the ladies toilets were disgusting and also the accessible toilet. Not that I would exspect it anywhere, I certainly didn't exspect that there. I should of said something on the day.

Can you please put some urinals in the men's toilets?I've used this particular Starbucks everyday this week while on holiday at tower hotel.Theres nothing wrong with the service or products,but no urinals leaving only two cubicles is shocking.Made even worse by my final visit this morning where in a queue of four people I had to literally stop some foreign tourists from urinating on the floor where the urinals should have been.Get it sorted!!

Classic Starbucks but with two floors, in a strategic position because it is close to the Tower Pier landings and the Tower of London.In this cold we warm up and refresh ourselves with something warm.Too bad about the dirty bathrooms, whose bad smell escapes up to the desks.
