It’s called Starbucks Reserve and I came out of my way especially to visit as Starbucks had a story on their website about rare batch coffees and different brewing methods. This must’ve only been when it opened in 2021, as I asked at the counter and they said they just serve normal coffee, Americano or filter. The service at the counter was great and fast, but the place was extremely overcrowded and the upstairs area was closed. Sometimes thus can't be avoided but it was disgusting. Trash everywhere and the bathrooms were gross. They may have just been short handed today but it was really bad at every table.

This is like a regular Starbucks with regular drinks and regular merchandise. It is not like the Starbucks Reserves in Seattle or New York. They have available, albeit small, restrooms on the ground floor.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs if you stay on the ground floor.
