I’m not giving one star whining how they got my coffee wrong, oh the horror (?). I’m giving it because AC is on 16degrees and I don’t get it. It’s perfect 25 outside, and Im just freezing here. Like they don’t want you to be inside. The coffee is bad as well, so bitter. Also dirty as any coffee shop in London. Why Londoners, why so dirty always, go to Germany or smaller towns, you’ll rarely see dirty walls, sticky seats and whatnot.

The member of staff who served me was so lovely and took the order perfectly but could tell she was exhausted they were super busy and understaffed. I asked if this was common she said yes, every day, you’d think management would staff the rush better then wouldn’t you? Manager was rude and I paid £10 for a coffee order but she couldn’t fill the cup to the top? Honestly disgraceful
We were served lovely coffee at 21:58 without being told that at 22:00 the venue will be closed and we will be politely but firmly asked to leave... That was poor, I'm sorry.

The first time in my life drinking Starbucks cappuccino and actually enjoyed it.

Despite having a good stock of ceramic mugs they were giving everyone disposable cups as default to everyone (there was a pile of about 20 or 30 disposable cups upstairs in the seating area). When I asked I recieved a very grumpy reply that the disposable mugs were recycled so it didn't matter. According to Starbucks website, due to cups being plastic and paper, there are only three places in the UK to recycle (suggesting not all of their cups are recycled), and the best case is 90% of the cup is recycled. I'm guessing the staff can't be bothered to use the dishwasher which makes me wonder what else they can't be bothered to do when it comes to cleaning things.Everyone has different tastes, but personally coffee from a dispoable cup never tastes as good as from a ceramic mug.
