Service is always dreadfully slow and staff aren’t able to keep up. When we asked for the bill it took a long time so, we started to get coats on and waitress came over to take payment, when I didn’t enter gratuity (because I wanted to leave the £2 coins I had in my purse) she ripped the receipt and threw it in my leftovers. Been here a few times for good pizza with a view of the Thames. Always busy at lunch but the team do a great job of managing everyone. Nuno was running around with a smile today serving us all.
