Extremely rude staff. I asked multiple times for them to open the bathroom and they repeatedly ignored my requests. Me and my sister were in hijabs, 2 workers smirked, whispered and rolled their eyes at us. Luckily another really nice customer saw and asked them to open the bathroom, which they did ASAP. Extremely islamaphobic staff, if I could give 0 stars I would, if your a POC I would recommend you stay away on a Saturday afternoon.

Worker with blonde highlights was incredibly rude and closed the till as we were there at 7.37pm on a Saturday. It closes at 8pm, but she closed the till on our faces and walked away. Luckily for her, her polite coworker reopened the till for her. But that was a very disrespectful and offensive encounter with that worker. She closed the doors of the Starbucks at 7.45pm.

Staff are lovely but a half empty ciabatta on the cuban \\\"ham and cheese\\\" one tiny piece of ham, 2 small leaves for £4.75 I could have bought a whole loaf, whole bag of spinach, ham and cheese for that pice

I normally wouldn’t review a Starbucks but this one really stands out. Since covid I started coming here almost every day since I live in the area. The staff are absolutely the best - so nice, friendly, hardworking, and helpful, especially Nasir, Olek, Anna, Ana, and Natalia. Thank you for making me (and my dog) smile every day during these tough couple of years!

A member of staff went around cleaning every table\\nGel was available for your use\\nCoffee nice and warm\\nBUT we were charged 10p each for paper cup\\nOthers were automatically given a pot cup I would much preferred a pot cup\\nSome were not asked to pay for paper\\nWe were having both coffee and rolls inside\\nBut\\nThe most annoying was i had to wait to use the Toilet as 3 members of public just walked in to use it\\nThey HADNT even bought a single item\\nThen 4 girls walked in and did the exact same thing\\nIt will all be on CCTV ..Proof\\nUnacceptable\\nNo my 1st visit to this branch

Ordered a Oat latte and twice on separate occasions they have served me dairy. May not be a big deal for some but if you have an allergy it could be. No apologies even though I did not make a big deal about the mistake , just got a bit of attitude. Get they are busy but service could be much better.
