I wanted a tea and asked to see which teas they provided but the barista, male brown hair, was very unhelpful. Im shortsighted and asked to see the bags because of an allergy and he refused to help. I asked for a cup of hot water instead which he also refused to give to me, even though I was willing to pay for it.. generally unhelpful and rude.. Starbucks used to be all about costumer experience but it’s no longer worth going in … avoid this shop.. there’s an amazing Caffe Nero just 100 m away!!

I have been a regular customer for the last 7 months. Ever since they moved the Manager Mary to a different store the standards have dramatically dropped. The new Manager Lee has a face of thunder and is not welcoming at all. last couple times I have came in the shop where she is serving me she keeps forcing me to take these stupid survey receipts which I decline then she gets up set with me.Today I came in for my usual coffee and Lee served me with attitude and slammed my coffee down on the table saying "there you are'' and walked off.I won't be returning, I will rather go to Mary's new store!

This is clearly a personal decision, or this is the only person that respects company policies.Every time I get a coffee, I like my cinnamon in the cup before the coffee as this way it mixes perfectly.This particular gentleman, Adrian, is literally the only soul in this place that does not want to do that for me. And mind you, I'm doing it, not asking staff to do that for me. I literally just need the cup for 3 seconds.When I said that everyone there has no problem with that barr him, he just nods... So, there you go.... This is the 3rd time I've encountered the same individual and my final time walking in this place.If someone from Starbuck's tells me that this is company policy and this is the only guy following / respecting it, I'll remove this!

Its location is beautiful, on the corner of Paternoster Sq. You can sit outside and watch the people relaxing in the square in sunny or mild weather. The outside areas are dirty and not cleaned.

This is actually one of my favourite statbucks to visit of past but recently a new member of staff is especially arrogant and unfriendly, tables were dirty and I asked while ordering if someone can wipe my table for me , I was even willing to do it myself if they very busy but they were not , I was ignored. When collecting my drink I asked again to what seemed like a manager and she reprimanded the worker to do it right away. Tables should he kept clean especially when there is a quiet time between customers, a quick walk around and tidy up , surly it is part of the job and not too much to ask only to be met with hostile attitude! Disappointed today.

Staff need customer service training and to be prepared before opening. If you are not ready, do not open and leave 1 customer waiting and get the order wrong and offer a discount yet charge full price. Literally you had one person to serve and still got everything wrong.

Be aware with this two guys. I ordered a Chai latte with almond milk and they have prepared with cow milk. Although it was written on the paper that it was made with almond milk, in reality when preparing it they made it with cow's milk. They knew what they were doing.
Was shocked on my visit that the server didn't pay any attention to us, more interested in his phone, had to ask if he was serving....really poor

Terrible! The staff were disinterested and one guy with tattoos on his neck was far more interested in pranking his co workers than serving customers.The toilets were dirty and the bin was overflowing with rubbish even though is was just after 11am.The tiny corridor to the toilets was also partially blocked so our disabled daughter couldn't use the facilities.It was an unnecessarily disappointing visit to this branch.

Honestly it was a really good experience. I have been working the whole night and thaught to grab a coffee. Although the coffee was good and so as the staff. But I literally need to use the washroom and the lady replied me that it is broke so you can't use it. If Starbuck could not be a huge frenchise then we could tolerate such things but as it ranges in the hospitality services and have some good stars on their head so I think that you should do something of your washroom. Because it matters a lot to the firm like Starbucks. Lots of love guys and yeah the girl named Michelle or Mitchell was really very supportive, co-operative and lovely. She is a great asset to the company.Hope you never loses her. See you soon guys. ❤️❤️
