This is actually one of my favourite statbucks to visit of past but recently a new member of staff is especially arrogant and unfriendly, tables were dirty and I asked while ordering if someone can wipe my table for me , I was even willing to do it myself if they very busy but they were not , I was ignored. I am visiting that coffee shop from time to time but not very often. I went in this morning. I was not there for some time lately but staff still remember that I always order flat white. ? Young gentleman who was giving me my order made a real effort to pronounce my name correct, which I find super nice ? absolutely made my day ☀️

I frequently visit this Starbucks before work and the staff truly make my mornings all the better. They are polite, respectful and all around amazing people! As I go there regularly the staff go out of their way to get to know you and your order which just makes my mornings so much brighter. 10/10 would always recommend this location to people!
