What the heck, I went in there for my usual BMT, there was only one person at the shop and he looks absolutely miserable. Customer service was so poor, if you don’t like your job please don’t project onto the customers.

A couple minute walk from Farringdon Railway/Underground. Tiny place, only few chairs to sit and eat inside the front window, standing space is limited. The work station is small compare to other subways, person who made my sandwich with no interest or enthusiasm as he just sees it as a easy paid job and didn't wear hair net or hat.

visit subway saturday but i,m surprised it’s not look subway brand from any side two people working but no one wears uniform hat net look like normal food shop ,and Food fully cross contamination .last they no give me receipt of my order because they not use subway payment machine that normally every subway have the boy just take payment on simple mobile sumup and no give me receipts.

Staff were rude, ordered a bmt and the meat was pretty frozen still. Salad looked like it had been there a few days and bread tasted stale!

Very rude staff and they don't make your sandwiches properly always half filled half falling out.The guy deliberately ignored me and laughed. I was going to leave but I had already paid.I asked for mine to be toasted and the meat was still frozen. Not even warmNever again

Closed early too not gonna bother with subways if they cannot follow opening times.
Staff friendly but the bread was really hard and stale.. temples were throbbing bad by the end of it.

Ordered delivery. Didn’t toast my sub so basically inedible cause it was cold meat patty. Way too much sauce. Sides were soggy and somehow stuck to the box? Missed 2 of the sides I ordered so I paid for nothing.
