A big fan of subway and of all the branches I’ve visited this is most definitely the worst. Service is rude, food is prepared haphazardly and their subway rewards machine is “broken”. There’s another 2 minutes down the road which I recommend visiting instead.

Overcharged me when i was paying so i robbed hes crisps he acted real sneaky about it to like i couldn't see it when i saw him pressing the button for extra cheese twice awful man.

Extremely good service from Hema. She was really helpful and made our sub quickly as we were rushing to catch our bus. The sub itself was delicious!

Bunch of thieves running this place. Subway should penalise this franchise owners for bringing disrepute to the Subway brand name. As many have already commented before, they overcharge you even if you didn't order anything extra. I ordered a standard sandwich, and they charged me for extra cheese when there was no extra cheese. It's really petty and pathetic to scam your customer. Try to make honest living guys.

I'm sure that somewhere there must a decent branch of Subway. Sadly this is not one of them.Subway has been running a Cheat On Your Regular Sub promotion that awards 200 bonus points if you buy something from the Series menu. Sounds good in theory but that assumes you can find a Subway that will scan your app QR codeFirst I ask if their scanner is working and they claim it's not. That's what nearly all Subways say if I ask them to scan my QR code. By this point I'm strongly suspecting they are lying.Then when it comes to pay they try to overcharge me. At this branch, a 6inch Turkey Breast is £4.39, and Deli Meats is £5.09. That comes to £9.48. They tried to charge me £9.98 before I pointed it out.To add insult to injury the receipt they gave me doesn't even have a code at the bottom to allow me to claim points for the purchase

Pathetic!!!They just overcharge for everything and show as if we are at wrong. We ordered a kids meal where the guy Gabi didin’t bother to pay attention. He made a foot long and charged us full for it. On pointing out they didn’t pay heed to what we requested and charged for a footlong. They replied very rudely.
