I have walked past this many times and finally had dinner one evening. Small family run restaurant. Limited seats. Cosy. Clean. Big menu from sushi, to sashimi, noodles, curry and more. I had the seafood bibimbap with a fried egg added. It was very nice. Well presented and very generous in portion size. Piping hot and freshly made. I went to Udon cafe recently and loved it here! I asked what dish the waiter would recommend and chose the Bento Box - I was over the moon, it was delicious!I would seek this place out again for sure, I just don't understand why it wasn't more full on a friday night.
Decided to try this spot while waithing on a coach, and I was not disappointed! My partner and I ordered Takoyaki, Tuna Tataki, a Spider Roll, and of course, miso soup. The tuna was so tender and fresh and seared to perfection, with the most delicious sauce accompaniment. The takoyaki was hot, crispy, and melted in your mouth.
