Excellent Tea shop with top notch customer service. We were immediately greeted upon entry with a staff who were quick to answer questions. This knowledge staff could pin point taste, smell, ingredients, and combinations almost instantly among their wide selection! I would highly recommend this as a stop on your trip.

I experienced the worst service in Leicester Square and I totally lost my trust on TWG brand in here.First of all, I bought a tea box for a present of my friend. However, when my friend opened the tea box, she found that tea leaves inside the tea bags got rotten. To be specific, fabrics of tea bags got humid and tea leaves inside of tea bags were sticky, forming solid crumbs. She thought that it was serious quality issue.I visited the store, and show all of photos, video, and receipt to staffs and explained my situation. I asked to refund but they refused it. Instead, the staff recommend me to write an email to a manager.Therefore, I wrote an email about the quality issue I had in TWG brand and attached photos, video, and receipt as an evidence. Also I asked for refund.However, to my disappointment, I couldn't receive any answer about my email. It was the worst customer service as they even ignore customer's voices.From this experience, I lost trust about TWG brand, and I won't consume TWG products again.It is because, if I account this unpleasant quality issue again, I don't have any ways for getting refund. They just ignore customer's voices.I know a lot of traveler are visiting this store, but I strongly urge for them not to use this store as even though you encounter poor quality of products accidentally, you can't get refund and you can't hear any apologises from TWG.-엮긲갂짂맊셲욖^^ 썪은틔 팛아놓꼮썬 ㅅr고r돆 안 함^^ 짂접방뮨헦선환뷿 욖쳥헸는데 않해줌. 맦닊젂한톄 몌일 볶냈는뒈 씹음^^ㅗ 외국인이라고 무시하고 사과도 안하는 양심 없는 회사입니다

Very sophisticated place but with little product offering. It is better to go to the one on The Strand which is cheaper and has everything. There are only some cans that are too big here
