I visited the store as a birthday treat. I bought the teabag boxes and the Bain de Roses is by far the best rose flavoured tea I ever had; also loving the Alfonso tea with subtle mango flavour. I was curious after all the mixed reviews online. Yes, the tea can be expensive, but I did not mind as it was a special occasion. The young lady staff was polite (it was an early and quiet time in the shop anyway), offered help when saw me wandering and sniffing around as the selection...read full review

Looks fantastic the TWG flagship shops. Didn’t realise they have so many different flavours ofTeas all over the world. We don’t go inside the shop but looks good from outside. It’s right next to Leicester Square. Stations are Leicester Square, or the Piccadilly Circus.. Recommended. Worth a visit but thinking the tea there are quite expensive.

This is my favorite tea shop in London, their Earl Grey selection is simply lovely. The shopkeepers are very kind and helpful. I have tried several different blends and have never been disappointed. The shop is beautiful and definitely one I would recommend visiting on your next trip into town.
