Normally wouldn't shop at Waitrose due to it being overpriced but this particular Waitrose saved us before the play we were seeing at the theatre started!Good variety of foods ??

The store is big (the biggest in the area) considering the central location, but I still didn't find a couple of products I was looking for and the free from section wasn't impressive at all. I was here after work on a Wednesday and the supermarket wasn't busy, which was a relief. Of course, plenty of self-checkouts are available too.

Sometimes I think of being blessed to do my grocery shopping at my local Waitrose. Imagine to be limited to the one where every little hurts.Today I experienced yet another personal attentive service and was prompted to write this. Fitz did not point to his colleague. He took an action himself and with a warm smile sorted me in a "freezing fruit & veg" section of the store. See it, Say it, SMILE IT!
Out of control security personnel threatening people with violence and dragging them off for a search without consent. Unfortunately, Waitrose entirely ambivalent about this egregious and likely illegal action. Dangerous, complete lack of appreciation and understanding of the law and limits of store security personnel powers and rights of citizens.

Oh dear. The bottom of the barrel has very much been reached when you try to enter a Waitrose and nearly get run over by an Uber Eats cyclist with an electric battery.This store is polluted with staff knocking you over trying to fill bags for delivery drivers and making for an uncomfortable experience for a normal shopper.What world do we live in when people can’t be bothered to walk more than five minutes in the heart of a city to get groceries.It’s sad that Waitrose are complicit to this when rambling on about doing their best for the world and its wife. What a mess!Wouldn’t come here again if you paid me to buy their overinflated food.

A good sized grocery store that is well stocked and clean. A fine produce along with fresh meat/seafood selection. Aittle pricey but well worth it for the products offered and convenience.

Love the selection of gourmet pre-prepared meals. Visiting and was able to heat up on induction oven in aparthotel. Made it enjoyable to eat at home rather than going out. Tasty food and specials and items on sale turned over quickly for extra savings. Found out after returning home there is a web site with recipes and guide to preparing food. Went to several different Waitrose locations from ranging from little Waitrose medium ( hampstead) to large (Canary Wharf)
