Well, yesterday my wife and I flew from Porto to Lisbon to London and thankfully made it in the rain just in time for our 9pm reservation. Everything was as we expected at our favorite London restaurant. I had my favorite smoked eel appetizer, the hake entree, and the pea puree side, that could have been a dessert. My wife had the cerviche appetizer, the plaise entree, and the spinach side. EVERYTHING was delicious, as always. And our female server Barbara was excellent. We eagerly look forward to our next dinners at Wiltons...TOMORROW NIGHT!!!

Don’t understand the hype. Super outdated decor and food was disappointing. Definitely don’t get the lamb. Beef Wellington was good but not amazing.

Old school. Club atmosphere. Excellent oysters. One of the best in London for wild game. A favorite for decades. Sit at the banquette.

If I could give endless stars I would!Dining at this restaurant was an extraordinary experience, from the moment I stepped through the door, I was immersed in an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication. The ambiance alone would have been enough to make the evening memorable, but it was the culinary journey that truly left me in awe.The menu showcased a perfect balance of innovation and tradition, with each course showcasing the chef's impeccable skill and creativity. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who anticipated our every need without ever being intrusive. What truly sets the Wilton’s apart, however, is its commitment to excellence in every aspect. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the meal, from the exquisite presentation to the flawless execution of each dish.It was an experience I will never forget. It was not simply a meal, but a journey of the senses that left me eager to return. If you have the opportunity to dine at Wilton’s, do not hesitate – it is an experience that is truly unparalleled.

We had a fabulous meal at Wilton’s, all the food was delicious and beautifully prepared . Staff were attentive but not intrusive . An extensive wine and drinks menu partnered the food wonderfully.

Wonderful old clubby place. I think the best oysters I have ever had, anywhere. Excellent for both fish (for which it is famous) and meat courses.

Classic place!

Dressed crab, flaky and sweet, comes with a fan of ripe green avocado. Delicately flavoured Lincolnshire eel, rosy pink around the edge and fading to pale cream within, might be at the Silk Cut end of the smokiness spectrum but the accompanying horseradish will blow your head off. Dover sole is sautéed to a platonic ideal of golden brown and the butter melted to the limpid yellow of young Sauternes.

Best restaurant in the world IMHO.
