Why on earth would you put bread crumbs on lasagna? Really destroys a lasagna and not enjoyable at all. It took forever to get an employee to give me a table even though there was plenty of seats available, the plate they serve the lasagna in was EXTREMELY hot in which i was given no warning to at all, so i burned my finger on it, they dont give u a complimentary bottle of water, rather u have to ask for water and they just give you a small glass. However the drink was quite nice, aswell as the spicy mozzarella provolone cheese croquettes. But other than that, wouldn’t really come here again. My actual review would be 2.5 stars but half reviews aren’t available.

Great food, disappointing service.Dietary restrictions: I eat at zizzi frequently due to their range of gluten free products. Some of the best gluten free pizza I’ve had is made by them.

I have been to this Zizzi multiple times and enjoyed the food a lot, this time it was very bad, the bolognese was a simple pomodoro sauce the lasagne had nothing to do with lasagne it was just some baked pasta. Not sure what happened but it's been deeply

We hadn’t booked and although they were busy, we managed to get a table for 4. The service was super quick, ordered our food and within 10 minutes we all had our food, which was fresh and tasty. The portion sizes were also impressive. Would definitely recommend.

The only thing that was amazing was the atmosphere, they bring us wrong kind of pasta, which we ordered specially before that, also you can't pay by cash, when we asked why is not possible, one of the bartenders said - I'm not the owner, my shift just finished sorry. :) At least the other dish was good.

Had an incredibly disappointing experience in there yesterday. Despite arriving 20 minutes early for our reservation, we were made to wait additional 20 after the reservation time while a larger group that arrived later was seated before us. The understaffed restaurant resulted in extended delays and poor service. The staff's lack of attention left us embarrassed in front of our guests, and overall, this was the worst dining experience of my life. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Waited too long for kids menu to be served.
