Wow! Wasn’t expecting when I walked in to find the best restaurant in London! The food that was served to me and my fiancé was superb, and the food all around us looked great too. We each had a ceaser salad and a smoothie. Friendly service, fast delivery and midway pricing made for customers who can’t wait to come back.

Judging by the pictures, there must be two Giraffes in Heathrow. One is a proper Giraffe; the other is a Giraffe Stop which is more like a cafè than a restaurant. You mostly get quick, cold bites (even though they were advertising a soup of the day and hot dogs), whose quality leaves a bit to be desired.
For such kind of break, the M&S right next to it might be a better option.

Quantity over quality. Nice vibe but overpriced for what you get and focused on serving as many as quick as possible. Had a Smokey Joe burger £12.95 and Mango Mule cocktail £6.75. Burger was tasty but small with a thin, dry patty and a handful of fries. Cocktail was smaller than expected for £6.75. Don’t expect anything amazing - it’s a production line with no soul.

I really liked Giraffe! The negative reviews don't represent my experience at all. Everybody can find something to eat from their wide menu, the Asian food I chose was yummy and the service was very friendly.
