Shan Shui offers the best airport food experience I’ve had. It’s vastly superior to any of the lounges in T2 and is relatively affordable considering its location. The food offerings and quality are exceptional, I’d recommend the dumplings which are highly authentic. If you’re lucky enough to get a table with a view it also offers the best plane spotting experience.

Unit 2071, Gate level, Terminal 5, Heathrow, Airport, Longford, HounslowI work from Heathrow so often visit Itsu but I received incredible service recently from (I hope I remembered correctly) Mustafa in T5. I’d been saving my butterflies to treat myself on a day I needed a little pick me up but didn’t realise they expire. During the conversation at the counter I mentioned this and seeing my disappointment, this lovely man said it was their treat and gave me the complimentary gift - It was genuinely the best bit about my day! Thank you for the excellent service and beautiful food always.

The food that was served to me and my fiancé was superb, and the food all around us looked great too. We each had a ceaser salad and a smoothie. Friendly service, fast delivery and midway pricing made for customers who can’t wait to come back.

400 Bath Rd, Longford, UxbridgeFood was amazing and staff was friendly there wasn’t even grease in my Big Mac I enjoyed my meal tremendously and staff couldn’t be more polite than they were if they try.
