Service is good but could be better, It was my first time here and I had to look for someone to explain how I can place an order.

Light, fresh food, ready to take away within minutes. Families regularly dine here, and I can personally avow how much all demographics love the breakfast and Lunch options available.The staff were very kind, answering all my questions patiently. I have seen staff frequently cleaning surfaces, and restocking the Sushi Displays. Sushi was restocked frequently, and the Hot food was made on-the-spot. Plus the drinks never run out, so one will never run dry!!I particularly like the combination of traditional Japanese cuisine, with the modern eat-as-you-go culture. I recommend Eating in store, under the overhead Mood lighting, so that one may experience a relaxed ambiance vibe, against the Panoramic backdrop of the Airlines ready for liftoff. -AAVegetarian options: Vegetarian options are available, and clearly distinguished for one to choose as per diet.Wheelchair accessibility: The Store is an open-plan design, so there is level access for Wheelchair users. There is enough space between tables for individuals to maneuver.

The Queens Terminal, Heathrow Airport, HounslowOmg…. Eating at Heathrow Airport…. @Yosushi … best sushi train I’ve had for a longtime. The rose is also great and food can’t be faulted! Service has been wonderful. The staff are evidently happy working together. Great teamwork, cheerful, attentive and professional! Well done, thanks for a wonderful end to my fabulous holiday. Terminal 5 Airside, HounslowBusy as there was a busy flight, I has a festive slice (Turkey and stuffing), cookie stick (which was like the wafer tubes you get for ice-cream), caramel waffles, and a large latte, service was pretty quick and everything was spot on. My friend bought a mini bottlemof wife and the cap had threaded so wouldn't open, got an immediate replacement. Very happy.

The food that was served to me and my fiancé was superb, and the food all around us looked great too. We each had a ceaser salad and a smoothie. Friendly service, fast delivery and midway pricing made for customers who can’t wait to come back.
