Great food, great experience. I asked about gluten free options and Tony went out of his way to make sure we had all the info, plus gluten free soy pots to takeaway!

Unfortunately the second time my teriyaki js way lower quality than a normal Itsu outside the airport.Sockets doesn’t work at allllllll I can say because I tried.Stuff don’t really care much about your complaint they just get paid to work as a machine isn’t it?Rats and mouse all over and it’s normal says one of the stuff and you can avoid them. REALLY?

It's ok for an airport and the food was the usual quality for this chain. I was disappointed to find broken USB charging sockets at their seating area - seems that maintaining these aren't high on the agenda.

The sushi is fantastic, probably the best ive ever had. This is definitely a 5 star sushi, may get lower scores in other aspects but its an airport restaurant so cant judge too hard on those other metrics.

Need to remember to avoid this place. Udon noodles without any flavour, overcooked noodles, it was probably the cheapest set of ingredients they can mix together (and badly). Utterly disgusting! Never again!

Love this restaurant in Terminal 5. The food is always delicious and the poached egg which was added to my meal perfect – although difficult to eat with chopsticks. Staff are incredibly friendly and the service fast!

In the busy Terminal 5, this is an oasis of a place. I sampled the chicken soup with very delicate noodles (sorry if I am not using the right terminology). It tasted healthy and awesome. I also noticed many customers were sampling fresh sushi boxes being stocked during the day. I highly recommend Itsu during your stop-over visit at Terminal 5 @LHR Airport.
Broth is not tasty and too sour. Ordered veggies dumpling noodles, greens, miso broth soup and didn't enjoy it.

Lovely little place. Had late lunch there and the food was amazing. I believe they specialize in Thai dishes as the one I had taken were delicious. Loved it

This place was easily one of the best Japanese places I’ve ever been to, the miso soup is full of the finest ingredients and was made to perfection. It was warm and comforting to eat. 9.7/10 would recommend to anyone any day and made my day.Vegetarian options: There were many vegetarian options that were also amazing, the miso soup was not only delicious but it was also vegetarian.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I’m so upset after my encounter here. The staff are so MEAN!! I was in Heathrow airport to go catch my flight back home and I craved sushi. I asked the staff for help as I have a disability and the staff was PLAIN RUDE! The staff member (the manager I believe) was the main ringleader and was extremely mean! I hate this place and I think they were mean because I was disabled
