I had a flat tyre and ask for some assistance and they said NO. They just told me to move my car in the rain whilst I had my two children in the car. No care in the world to even give me advice told me to look on Google. Crappiest human interaction. Retraining needed to be given.

Honestly, this was the best McDonald’s experience we have ever had. There with our baby, we were treated brilliantly and the service was very friendly, professional, and kind.

Clean, lots of seating, and it’s everything you’d hope for from the chain. The service after ordering from the machines wasn’t the fastest but not unbearably so. It wasn’t very busy on my visit and given the location can’t imagine it ever getting packed inside, so it’ll be somewhere I’m happy to return to in the future. No complaints from me!
Forecourt traffic management is extremely poor. Cars coming in the exit and vehicles facing multiple directions. Hazardous for pedestrians due to the speeds and directions of vehicles travelling.

What kind sale assistant just served me now! Literally, just turned up at shell, fuelled up! I then asked the guy for red bull from the fridge, he refused to serve me because he just mopped the floor, asked to me to buy the red bull from back stock room, which wasn’t even cold! So I asked him, I want the cold one, he replied can’t be done! Owner of this place loosing some money from these new staff! This never happened in my life! Raaaz! Guy refused red bull coz he just mopped the floor!

Very rude stuff, few weeks ago night time Indian guy he said he wouldn't serve me, when I asked why he laughed and replied, "no, no." I will add that I live literally 50 meters from the station and I am a regular customer. I would be ashamed to have such an employee. Chris. F
