The food is pretty good but the prices quickly add up when you order hot food off the menu and take a few from the sushi train. Service is good but could be better, It was my first time here and I had to look for someone to explain how I can place an order.

The miso soup has no taste, it's basically hot water with some spring onion in it. I threw it out.The sushi was fine, but maybe didn't taste fresh.The queue was slow because they had a single cashier who also made miso soup. Parallelism is missing from their staffing plan.It is a small cramped location. You are much better off eating your food on a random terminal seat.One star is not harsh, it's fair.

Great sushi train in the waiting area of Terminal 3. The staff are super attentive, especially Dharamvir. We really enjoyed our food. We will definitely come back here the next time we will at Terminal 3!

Fast service and delicious vegetarian options. I loved the pumpkin katsu and taco veggie sushi type dish. The veggies were diced finely and nicely marinated.

Called in here for a bite to eat before my flight to New York. Service was prompt and efficient. Food was good quality for the most part - the Yakitori Skewers were really good. I know it's an airport, but the prices here really are super high. For this reason alone I won't come back next time flying through LHR, I'll go to another venue. I expect to pay a little bit more at an airport but this was really just price gouging. A shame, because the food and service were actually quite good.
