Sushi is not fresh, comes out of fridge onto belt. ‘Crispy’ prawn roll is soggy and tastes of socks. Staff unhelpful and state that’s how it is.

This place is a ton of fun. It is also great sushi! Tanya was helpful and friendly! Don’t forget to get the Mocchi. The chocolate and Stawberry are delicious.

Terrible, range of sushi was poor, we asked the waiters 3 time for our drinks, asked 4 times to pay the bill If your after a long term seat at the airport and in no rush this the place for you

The Chef Ricardo made an Excellent noodles .he just nailed it and made by say superb .And the server Dharam did great Customer service . Love to come again .

Omg…. Eating at Heathrow Airport…. @Yosushi … best sushi train I’ve had for a longtime. The rose is also great and food can’t be faulted! Service has been wonderful. The staff are evidently happy working together. Great teamwork, cheerful, attentive and professional! Well done, thanks for a wonderful end to my fabulous holiday. Sydney here I come! Sat down to eat in the restaurant & looked to order the teriyaki beef, which is done online. Went through the QR code to find an automatic 20% uplift for service & charity. The website is awful & trying to remove these options are near impossible (relentlessly ticking the box works). After navigating to the check out page I encountered a ‘network error’ & to which I changed course to the old fashioned way of ordering through the waitress, only to be met with a curt response & there’s nothing that can be done. Needless to say, I didn’t eat there. Very poor customer service & will never return

Much too expensive, bad quality. Sushi was not cooled. Not the normal running sushi concept you might be used to. Nobody asked us about drinks. Unfortunately we were very ill on our flight back home some 2 hours later. A very sad food experience.

Really great tasting food and drinks. Plenty of veg dishes, but you have to order them from the menu rather than take them off the food conveyor.

Once and never again!! The staff tricked us into buying. Portion he displayed was bigger than the real size we got (which was only a fist size despite ordering the largest). VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Menu price was not updated. The price was £2-3 higher than what’s stated in the menu. Food was bland. I ordered tempura and got a thin, not fresh shrimp. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AND PEACE OF MIND. Do not ever step in. There are many more better options to eat in T3!!

Absolutely disgusting. Miso soup had a tang of pot noodle, the sushi rice just fell apart and the fish was flavourless. Mostly the fault of the ingredients, I'm not expecting fine dining in an airport chain store but JFC. £2.85 for a can of Sprite also. The Sprite was quite nice.

Setting was nice and clean however the food was poor\\nVisited at 10.15am and ordered a chicken katsu curry, the chicken was not freshly made. My guess is that it was reheated from the previous evening, the coating lacked any crunch and the meat itself was chewy.\\nI am afraid I didn't bring it to their attention as I had a plane to catch but it shouldn't be like this in the first place.

Excellent service. Excellent stuff\\nVery good taste. Value for money.\\nVery clean kitchen. Everybody use gloves in the kitchen (you don’t see often in UK)\\nAnd they change them very often.\\nCongrats to the Managment.

I had a really stressful experience getting through security at Heathrow Terminal Two as I have a metal plate in my right leg. By the time I got through it took 1 hour and I was hungry and angry. I love sushi and popped into Yo! I was meet at the front by a really polite staff member who took me to my table. Good came in good time and was yummy, enjoyed a nice glass of Asahi. After going through so much stress through security, Yo!'s excellent service, friendly staff, great food calmed me right down. Thank you Yo! team, your the best!!!

Bought dinner, paid, and was about to sit down at a table to eat it, but the rude cashier told me I'm not allowed to sit down because I already paid. The restaurant was literally empty, and there was plenty of room. Not cool.
