I was a regular customer in Sam's chicken in kilbourn lane branch today at 4:21 I went to order 2 Street burger 2 fries. so i have some cash but i have to pay someone and i need change to so I told the lady I'll pay a £0.50 by cash so i can get change I needed and the rest with card. so i gave her £20 she say's she doesn't have that much change she can't do so i said if i gave £10 she say's she can so i gave her £10 she gave me change & £7 I tried 2 time's to pay buy card but it's saying i have to do chip and pin. but I don't remember that card pin i have to ask my husband because he remember and he was at home . I told the indian lady wearing hat thats give me 1 moment i will pay she instantly says give mee my change and take ur money, than i gave her change and she is saying to her colleague to cancel that order, seriously i didn't expect so poor customer service from Sam's. from now i will never buy food from Sam's anymore. there is two other lady wearing hijab there service is really good but i don't know why the lady is so rude, her attitude like she is the owner of Sam's.

Very very bad service. Been here twice and staff just don’t seem bothered at all that there are customers waiting. Seems like I bothered them by interrupting conversations between staff. Very rude. Soggy chicken wings.

The chios taste rotten, not tasty you would cook better chips in a air fryer. SAMS chips use to be tasty 2 years ago ,so i stopped having a treat so i wanted to see if they had improved they have got worse.

I am customer from now 10 months but every time i need to as them for ketchup and mayo, looks like they try to dodge you and just handover package without adding these. So, i always need to keep an eye on them.Plus the wings size has reduced significantly and not worth the price. They that we add extra but that is also of starving baby chicken.i was reluctant to write a review and gave them a chance to improve by complaining often but i can’t help now.

The staff was friendly and attentive.They welcomed me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable. I would like to thank them for how they treat their customers.Now, let's talk about the chicken. One of my favourites with no doubt. The fact that its halal is a big plus, and the taste is amazing.The portion sizes at Sam's Chicken are quite generous. Each meal came with a generous amount of chicken that left me feeling satisfied and happy.The value for money is remarkable, especially considering the reasonable prices they offer.All in all, I can't recommend Sam's Chicken enough. The friendly and attentive staff, generous portions, and affordable prices make it a standout spot.Thanks again!

Absolute appalling customer service. Talked this place up to a friend. Put in an order at 8pm and was told it would be a 20 minute wait- this was fine. After waiting patiently for 30 minutes, went to the counter to ask if it would be much longer (thinking they had forgotten our order). Was told to just sit down and wait. Everyone who ordered while we waited already received their order. Another 20 minutes later and went to the counter to ask again. Was told it was coming, the lady went to the back quickly and heard her squeezing the mayonnaise container and was just making the burgers then (obviously forgot our order). When I went to pick up the order at the counter, told the man we have waited 50 minutes after being told it was only going to be a 20 minute wait. He just shrugged- as if to say ‘it is what it is’. Have been a few times but will never go again!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer to Sam’s chicken, and the disrespect the cashiers gave me when I ordered was not horrible but just sad. I’ve loved the chicken shop and they have the audacity to call me a spoilt kid who gets so much money from my parents all because I eat there alot.
