“My children and I stopped at Zizzi’s spontaneously before heading to Winter Wonderland on Christmas Eve. The food and service were quick, and everything we ate tasted really good. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.
I was pleasantly surprised to see that they polish their cutlery, which is something I think more restaurants should do. Visually it makes a big difference, as the cutlery sparkled, and it also gave me peace of mind knowing it was very clean, especially as so many people use it.
The only downside was the upstairs disabled toilet, which had an unpleasant smell and was not very clean.”
