Food was good, but service wasn’t. Took forever for people to get seated even though there were loads of empty seats everywhere. Feel like they need to sort out the seating order. And once sat down, they took over an hour for them to acknowledge us and take an order, even that was initiated by us, else would have taken longer for us told be looked at. I came to Zizzi for dinner with my family and the food was absolutely amazing. We got margarita pizza, spaghetti, bruschetta, garlic bread, salmon salad and chips on the side. Everything was piping hot and delicious. We also asked for hot water with lemon and the presentation of even that was incredible.Ali and Kishan were extremely helpful and their attention to detail was great. Overall a very positive experience,Highly recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you!
