Absolutely lovely service by the Russian guy Rustam! The pay system gone off and meanwhile other 2 guys were standing there, like they can't help at all, Rustam demostrated perfect customer service skills! All was fixed and me- going to work happy!Will definitely be back soon x
I got the Japanese udon and honestly it didn’t taste good at all. It tasted like they put way too much curry powder. It costed £8 and I think at the end of the day I would’ve rather sat at a restaurant and paid £10 for a better meal.

Fabulous Itsu branch that served me prior to an important job interview near Tottenham Court Rd station. As usual, customer service was excellent and it was fairly quiet so plenty of space to relax.WC was also available and well-maintained which was a nice touch.Hope to be back when I'm in the area (and hopefully land the job ??)
