Fabulous Itsu branch that served me prior to an important job interview near Tottenham Court Rd station. As usual, customer service was excellent and it was fairly quiet so plenty of space to relax.WC was also available and well-maintained which was a nice touch.Hope to be back when I'm in the area (and hopefully land the job ??)

Absolutely lovely service by the Russian guy Rustam! The pay system gone off and meanwhile other 2 guys were standing there, like they can't help at all, Rustam demostrated perfect customer service skills! All was fixed and me- going to work happy!Will definitely be back soon x

While the food was nice, there could have been more CHICKEN in the chicken dish. I found it odd that I paid for chicken but mostly got vegetables. MORE CHICKEN PLEASE. MORE.

£10 for cold Microwave food that supposed to be served hot. Was just bit warm on bottom. Overpowering concentrated bitter cold sauce. I couldn't taste any other flavours in there. Just bitter concentrated sauce. I should have returned it and ask for menager. Disgusting £10 Microwave food that served cold ? ??

I got the Japanese udon and honestly it didn’t taste good at all. It tasted like they put way too much curry powder. It costed £8 and I think at the end of the day I would’ve rather sat at a restaurant and paid £10 for a better meal.

A great place to grab lunch on a weekday. I had the Thai rice and a chocolate dessert, which were both well cooked and served at the counter. Definitely worth a punt if you are after good value on Tottenham Court RoadWheelchair accessibility: There are no steps and it is an open restaurant.
